Seed & Soil Collective is looking for a child-led, play-based BCBA to join our multidisciplinary early intervention team. This fully virtual W-2 role focuses on providing direct parent coaching—no RBT supervision or clinic-based responsibilities—and supporting families through naturalistic, developmentally informed strategies. The position begins part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time, and includes close collaboration with our SLPs and early intervention providers as we serve families in rural and underserved communities.
